Tom was contracted to provide guidance for developing RF test fixtures, PCBs, materials selection and to write software using LabVIEW. He was a strong partner, being open and forthright in discussions, educating us on the reasons for suggested implementation and materials, using his past experiences and expertise to help drive us to a successful conclusion on the project.
