TCB Engineers is comfortable and confident running the entire product development cycle or contributing where needed, from front-end processes such as concept of operations (CONOPS) to back-end processes such as independent verification and validation (IV&V). We follow the SBIR and STTR three-phase methodology to ensure our designs demonstrate a clear path to commercial value as they mature, and regularly engage with research institutions and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC) to further their efforts.

  • Signal Processing & Communications

    Signal Processing & Communications involves the mathematical manipulation of time and frequency domain signals. In many cases, an analog signal must first be brought into the digital domain via analog to digital converters (A/D) and is brought back into the analog domain via a digital to analog converter (D/A) after processing. Signal processing mathematics in the digital domain are every bit as important to system performance as that of the analog domain, and it is the combination (convolution) of the two that determines system performance.
